In addition to many years experience in the field of debt recovery two of our Directors are Members of the Institute of Credit Management. Our collectors have been recruited from a wide range of business backgrounds, giving a depth of knowledge that enhances our ability to collect. Rather than poaching experienced collectors from other companies, we have built our collection team over a period of time, using our in-house training to ensure that we maximise their full individual potential.

The Company, since its original inception in 1991, has gone through various development phases, including a management buy-out in 1996 and a move to fully refurbished purpose designed offices in Watford , Hertfordshire in 2003.
The Watford site comprises two buildings and is arranged in an open plan format on the ground floor, with individual office space on the first floor of the main building. The open plan structure for the Collections Department helps to build a team atmosphere and ensure that all telephone calls are dealt with in a professional and effective manner. The main office building of some 350 sq metres is arranged on two floors, with additional office and storage space in the second building on the site. Conveniently located in the town centre in Watford , with both rail links (Watford Metropolitan and Main Line ) and motorway connections, M1, A1M & M25 close by.
